Returns Policy

1. Purpose of this policy

Purpose: This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and process for returns and refunds of On shoes, apparel, and accessories purchased online from Tifosi Sports (PTY) LTD, Registration 2017/295490/07; herein after referred to as "Tifosi" or "we/us".

2. Updates to this policy

Updates: Tifosi reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at our sole discretion. Updates will be published on the Tifosi website, and we encourage customers to review the policy regularly.

3. Summary of return terms

  • Return window: 7 days from date of delivery
  • Return method: Courier collection arranged by Tifosi
  • Return cost: Free for all eligible returns
  • Return location: Major centres within South Africa only

4. Items eligible for return

Eligibility: Returns will be accepted only for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Incorrect items or sizes were delivered
  • Items are defective due to manufacturing fault
  • Items are unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition
  • A return request is logged within 7 (seven) days of delivery

5. Items not eligible for return

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Bras

6. Return process

Steps: If your return meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Email us at info@tifosisports.co.za or call +27 (0)76 024 7093
  2. Provide:
    • Your full name and contact details
    • Invoice number and purchase date
    • Details of the item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Your collection address (major centres only)
  3. Our staff will confirm and arrange courier collection. Tifosi will attempt to collect the parcel up to two times. If unsuccessful, the return will be cancelled.

7. Refunds and replacements

Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect the product:

  • Approved returns will result in a refund, replacement, or store credit
  • Returns not meeting the requirements will be rejected and the item returned to the customer

8. Processing time

Timeline: Returns are typically processed within 5 (five) working days from receipt of the item at our warehouse. You will be notified of the outcome by email or phone.
