Refund Policy

1. Purpose of this policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline the Terms and Conditions as well as the process applicable to returns and refunds of On shoes, apparel and accessories that were purchased online from Tifosi Sports (PTY) LTD, Registration 2017/295490/07; herein after referred to as "Tifosi" or "we/us".

2. Updates to this policy

Tifosi reserves the right to amend the Returns and Refunds Policy at our sole discretion. Updates will be published on the Tifosi website from time to time and we urge you to check back regularly to keep up to date with the latest version.

3. Items eligible for return

Only items that were purchased via our online website that meet the following criteria are eligible for return:

  • Items that are defective and/or not been damaged due to customer negligence, OR
  • Items received that are the incorrect size, OR
  • Incorrect items that were delivered to the customer by Tifosi, AND
  • You logged a request for return within 7 (seven) days of taking delivery of the item(s), AND
  • The items are in their original packaging and condition, AND
  • The items are not used and are in a re-sellable condition (unless defective).

4. Items not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, all underwear items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes bras and socks.

5. Returns process

If you would like to return an item that meets with the above criteria, please follow this process:

  • Either email us at info@tifosisports.co.za or alternatively call us on +27(0) 76 024 7093
  • Provide the following information to us in your email or phone call:
    • Your Name and Surname
    • Your contact telephone number and email address
    • The Date and invoice number of your purchase
    • The details of the item(s) that you wish to return
    • Your method of payment
    • Why you would like to return the item
    • The collection address – please note that we will only collect from major centres within South Africa.
  • Our staff member will confirm receipt of your request and will contact you to make the necessary arrangements to collect the item(s) from you and return it to our offices. Tifosi will make a maximum of 2 (two) attempts to collect a return parcel from you. If we are unable to collect after the second attempt, Tifosi will notify you and we will cancel the return and collection request.
