Nalini’s Clothing does not carry a standard warranty. Each individual case of concern is handled separately. Concerns need to be raised within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is always required. Please note: garments will not automatically be replaced should a concern around the garment be raised. A professionally qualified Tailor is used to mend stitching problems, but manufactural problems will be looked at separately. Items suffering normal or excessive wear and tear / abuse will not be mended or replaced.
Tifosi Optics pride themselves on quality and customer service. For the protection and growth of the brand, we are committed to taking care of our customers. This is reflected in our lifetime warranty* policy on manufacturer’s defects. Our warranty policy, however, does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratched lenses, scratched frames or anything that is a blatant abuse of the product. This distinction is left up to Management at Head office. If the exact same pair cannot be provided in the case of replacement a similar pair will be offered from the same price range.
MET has a crash replacement policy of 50% off your next helmet within 3 years of purchasing the helmet – proof of purchase is required.

We truly believe that you will be pleased with these products. We understand, however, that you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and therefore we will happily accept your return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed and properly packed in the original box. Please be aware that because it is a compression garment, all items that have been worn, even for a short period, will show signs of wear and will no longer be in the original condition.
Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.
Credits will be made to the original payment form of your order and may take up to 5 business days to process by Multisports USA.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the returning/exchange shipping cost.
If you receive the wrong item, we will provide the returning label and make sure that you will receive the correct one as soon as possible.

We trust the high quality standards of our products so much that we have a 2 year return warranty. The item on which the warranty is being claimed needs to be returned to a relevant store or to the Tifosi Cycling Head Office. Arrangements need to be made with the company representatives. The return will be at the expense of the client. A proof of purchase needs to be supplied with the item to prove date of purchase. No warranties will be considered without POP. There may be a courier fee involved on shipping the item back to the client.
We have designed our returns process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Thank you!
